We wish this museum to be the center
of Korean natural dyeing for identities
as Korean and Korean traditional patterns.
Also, with the network of the world,
we open Design Lab for World Patterns
to make the museum as the place of education,
creation, exhibition, experience, and
research by promoting the images of
a local society or a country and exchanging
the knowledge and information between
the museum and the field of culture,
art, and craftwork.
In addition, we’d like to research,
display, and experience all the things
dyed naturally, other than the fabrics.
After many hardships, we finally have
made a step for the beginning. Please
pay attention to us, for the better
steps for the future. |
